Conduct Surveys and Voting in Your Mobile App
In today’s digital world, engaging with users and gathering their feedback from your audience has become essential for businesses and organizations to make informed decisions. To help the municipalities, associations and unions we work with to gather feedback and collect input from their members and residents, the Info Grove team created the Voting Module.
The Voting Module is a powerful tool that allows our clients to conduct surveys and voting within their mobile apps. Clients using the Info Grove mobile app platform can add the Voting Module to their mobile app, allowing them to create customized surveys and ask questions that their users can vote on directly within their mobile app.
You can create a list of questions and customized responses, which can include not only text but also other media such as images, audio, or videos. This means that clients can create engaging and interactive surveys or voting campaigns that capture the attention of their app users. Additionally, voting can be set to anonymous or identified users according to what the administrator selects while setting up the module, this opens up the possibility for creating different types of voting and surveys within the app
Beyond Government and Municipalities – Who is the Voting Module For?
The Voting Module was initially created for associations and unions to conduct in-app voting on internal matters. However, we eventually realized that the module could be useful for our clients across industries. Essentially, any client looking to conduct a survey or voting campaign can benefit from the module.
Municipalities can use the Voting Module to gather resident input on municipal issues. Our healthcare clients have used the module to allow users to vote on issues related to care or facility updates. Unions and associations often conduct internal voting or gather information via surveys using the Voting Module to ensure alignment on actions affecting their members.
Our museum and art gallery clients have even used the module to create surveys to collect valuable feedback that helps inform future exhibits and events that their visitors are most interested in.
Add the Voting Module to Your Mobile App at Any Time
Many of our clients launch their mobile apps including a set of foundational features that help provide information to their users. Eventually, once they begin to realize the potential of their mobile app to gather feedback and engage their users in more dynamic communication, they begin adding more modules to their app. The Voting Module is one of the first additional features clients often consider.
The Voting Module can be added to an app after you’ve already launched your mobile app–you can choose to incorporate it whenever you desire, without any limitations on use. The process of adding the Voter Module is the same as making any other updates to your mobile app, done using the CMS (Content Management System). The administrator for your mobile app can create an upcoming vote or survey by customizing the questions and responses. Once the survey is concluded, the administrator can view the results through the module and even export them to share internally.
This flexibility allows our clients to continue to expand and adapt their mobile apps based on their changing needs and requirements. As our clients’ needs expand and we learn what could help elevate their mobile apps, we continue to evolve our mobile app platform.
