The latest update for Info Grove is here. Here are the new features: 

1. EXPERIENCES

Do you have a park, venue, indoor facility, art gallery, or museum that has a lot to tell? Experiences allow you to create a self guided tour of such location in an immersive experience. Provide descriptions, images, 360 panoramas, audio files, and videos in a series of steps allowing your users to learn more about their surroundings in a fun informative way.

2. DOCUMENTATION

The Content Management System now includes Documentation. You can view documentations on a per page basis, per module basis, and as a general reference. Our documentation will be expanded and improved upon as we go. If you see something you don’t understand or could be improved, feel free to let us know!

3. OFFLINE ENHANCED FORMS

Our enhanced forms can now handle being submitted while offline. The submissions will be queued and sent whenever a data connection will be re-established. 

4. IN USE COLUMN. WHERE ART THOU?

The In Use column in the views table has been removed. Fear not, you can now see when a view is in use by looking at the delete button for that view. If the button is grayed out, the view is in use preventing you from deleting it by mistake. Furthermore, you can hover your pointer over the delete button to see where the view is in use. 

5. EXTERNAL URL CAN NOW BE LAUNCHED IN EXTERNAL BROWSER

Our External URL module has been upgraded so that you can now launch the URL in the default external browser rather than keeping users inside the app. That feature is great if you are looking to collect donations in the app but are blocked because of Apple’s stringent app guidelines. 

6. OTHER MINOR IMPROVEMENTS

Here are some of other improvements in no particular order

• Map Overlay view can now be shown in satellite view.
• Signed in users (via Enhanced Access) can now managed their own profile.
• Enhanced Forms support multiple selections for Select List field type.
• Notifications from location links can now be silenced.
